YES began with a six-member Board of Directors. Its strength is in the commitment, expertise and work of its board, staff members and volunteers. MENTOR’s board of directors consists of outstanding leaders from the business, government, education, and religious sectors. These dedicated individuals are actively engaged in the strategic planning and implementation of Youth Empowered for Success, INC programs and policies and serve as the organization’s chief ambassadors for youth. Nancy Altobello, former Global Vice Chair of Talent at Ernst & Young, is MENTOR’s current chair of the board. Over time, the board will be expanded and will include youth members
