Youth Empowered for Success Summer Enrichment Program

The Youth Empowered for Success, INC Summer Enrichment Program is a safe, engaging, and empowering experience designed to help youth grow socially, emotionally, and academically while building strong leadership and life skills. Through interactive learning, mentorship, and hands-on activities, participants are encouraged to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and discover their potential.

Our program includes two leadership tracks designed to meet youth where they are and help them grow into the next stage of leadership.

Youth Enrichment Program

Ages 5–12

Our Youth Enrichment Program provides a structured and supportive environment where children learn essential life skills through fun, interactive, and engaging activities. This age group focuses on building strong foundations in communication, teamwork, emotional awareness, and positive behavior.

Youth Participants Will Learn:

  • Leadership basics (listening, teamwork, responsibility)

  • Emotional intelligence (recognizing and expressing feelings)

  • Communication skills

  • Problem-solving through play and activities

  • Respect, cooperation, and social skills

  • Confidence and self-esteem building

Program Experience Includes:

  • Hands-on learning stations

  • Group activities and games

  • Creative arts and expression

  • Movement and outdoor activities

  • Storytelling and role-play

  • Positive behavior reinforcement

  • Daily reflection and growth moments

Our goal is to help youth build confidence, develop healthy relationships, and gain the foundational skills needed for success in school and life.

Teen Leadership Program (Counselors-in-Training)

Ages 13–16

Our Teen Leadership Program is designed for young people who are ready to step into leadership roles while gaining real-world experience working with younger youth. Participants develop leadership skills, responsibility, and character while serving as role models within the program.

This is a hands-on leadership development experience, not just volunteering.

Teen Leaders Will Gain:

  • Leadership and responsibility training

  • Communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Emotional intelligence development

  • Teamwork and collaboration experience

  • Mentorship and role-model training

  • Decision-making and accountability skills

Teen Leaders Will:

  • Support facilitators with youth groups

  • Assist with activities and transitions

  • Lead small group activities (with guidance)

  • Model positive behavior and leadership

  • Participate in weekly leadership training sessions

  • Complete reflection and growth activities
